Goldmine Peptides (“we,” “us” or “our”) sells products intended solely for laboratory research use. Because of the sensitive nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited. This policy explains the circumstances under which you may cancel an order, request a refund, return or exchange products, or obtain replacements. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Cancellations
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order without penalty as long as it has not yet shipped. Contact us at support@goldminepeptides.com with your order number to request a cancellation. We will confirm whether your order qualifies and issue a refund to your original payment method.
- After Shipment: Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Due to the research‑use nature of our products, most items are not eligible for return once they leave our facility. See Sections 3 and 4 for exceptions.
2. Non‑Returnable Items
Because our products are highly sensitive and intended for research use only, all sales are final once shipped. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used or removed from their sealed packaging. We also cannot accept returns for temperature‑controlled items, reagents, or items that cannot be resold due to contamination or regulatory concerns.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please follow these steps:
- Notify Us Promptly: Contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@goldminepeptides.com. Include your order number, a description of the problem and photos of the packaging and affected items.
- Review and Verification: We may request additional information or documentation to verify the issue. Please do not dispose of the item or packaging until we have resolved your claim.
- Resolution: If we confirm the damage or error, we will offer at our discretion either (a) a replacement of the same product at no additional cost, or (b) a refund for the affected item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Missing Items
If an item listed on your packing slip or invoice is missing from your shipment, notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will investigate and, if the omission is confirmed, ship the missing item or provide a refund.
5. Lost Shipments
If your shipment appears lost in transit or the tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate the package. If the package cannot be located, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
6. Return Procedure (If Authorized)
In rare circumstances where a return is authorized (for example, if we shipped the wrong item and require its return), follow these steps:
- Return Authorization: Do not send items back without obtaining a Return Authorization from us. Any unauthorized returns may not be eligible for credit.
- Packaging: Return items in their original, unopened packaging using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit. Include the Return Authorization number on the shipping label or inside the package.
- Proof of Shipment: You are responsible for obtaining proof of shipment and tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Inspection and Credit: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. You will receive credit to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
